Welcome to Eon Wallet within the Goodnews World. By participating in our ecosystem, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Eon Wallet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Nature of Eon (Not a Bank)

Eon Wallet is NOT a bank or a traditional financial institution. Eon Wallet is a closed-loop digital ecosystem and a form of trade used exclusively within the Goodnews World. Balances held in Eon Wallet represent participatory value within our ecosystem.

No Withdrawals

Eon Wallet balances are designed exclusively for use within the Goodnews World ecosystem. Eon Wallet cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or exchanged for fiat currency outside of the ecosystem under any circumstances.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Security and Fraud Prevention

You must not use Eon Wallet for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised purposes. We employ multi-factor authentication and encryption to protect your account. You are responsible for keeping your device and credentials secure.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable laws. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with our systems.

Privacy and Data

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Limitation of Liability

Eon Wallet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the ecosystem.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

!Account Deletion & Forfeiture

You have the right to request deletion of your Eon Wallet account at any time. However, the following conditions apply:

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All personal data and ecosystem transaction history will be permanently removed.
Because Eon Wallet is a closed ecosystem, any remaining Eon Wallet balance will be permanently forfeited upon account deletion. Balances cannot be withdrawn or cashed out.
Some data may be retained as required by law or for regulatory compliance.
